It took a doctor to convince my husband to lose some weight. We’d get into huge fights about it but when he had to see his doctor, he just couldn’t get away with it anymore. His doctor ordered to lose weight. It was non-negotiable at that point. But unlike other doctors, he did not give us a list of foods to avoid. Instead, he told us to look into Nutrisystem. We did and we gave it a try. My husband loves it but I love it more because we stopped fighting.

It was my wife’s idea to order some of the food from Nutrisystem. At first, I was like, yuck. There was no way I was going to eat packed meals. But when my wife started me off with the first meal, it turned out it wasn’t so bad after all. I’m now on my second week and I’m good with it.

It’s not that easy to avoid fast food but with Nutrisystem, I don’t struggle to avoid it. Knowing that I have my own food from Nutrisystem makes it easier for me to say no to fast food.
