I spend about 10 dollars a day for my Nutrisystem plan. If I weren’t on it, I’d be spending more on food that’s just going to make me fat. Go figure.

I’d be exaggerating if I said that the food from Nutrisystem tastes good. It’s not that bad but it’s not fantastic as well. It’s diet food and there’s not much to say about it except for the fact that it’s limited in terms of calorie content. Since the food is portioned, you’d have to keep on eating to keep you full. That’s the only way you can survive the daily calorie requirement of the program.

I've been on it for about 7 months now and I'm very happy with the results. Nutrisystem has helped me lessen my sweet cravings. It not only helped me lose weight, it also helped normalize my sugar levels.
