  5. The good thing about the lean and green meal is that there are a lot of recipes provided by Medifast and the Medifast community members. We don’t need to order these at all and they are easy to prepare. I think this flexibility of having to eat a regular meal that we prepare ourselves once a a day makes this diet program sustainable.
